Customer name, delivery address, phone number, email, squad player names, numbers, sizes, and uploaded sponsor vector graphics needed for sublimation printing.

- Order Fulfillment: To render sublimation print files, manufacture custom jerseys, assign Delhivery courier tracking, and generate tax invoices.
- Customer Support: To provide proactive WhatsApp and email updates regarding production status, design vector checks, and dispatch dates.
- Fraud & Security Screening: To authenticate COD orders, verify Razorpay payment signatures, and prevent unauthorized transactions.
- Platform Improvements: To analyze customizer usability, mobile responsiveness, and enhance customer experience.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We only share necessary operational details with verified enterprise service providers:
- Payment Gateways (Razorpay): Online payment transactions are securely handled using 256-bit bank-grade encryption. We never store credit/debit card numbers on our servers.
- Logistics Partners (Delhivery Express): Your name, phone, and delivery address are shared with Delhivery to execute doorstep shipping and deliver OTP verification for COD.
