Because all Proshield jerseys, shorts, and kits are tailor-made to your specific squad specifications (custom names, numbers, team badges, collar styles, and sizes), customized products cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded for change of mind or personal preference.
Replacements & Defect Coverage
Should your product arrive physically damaged or with a printing misspelling that deviates from your approved squad roster, we will replace the garment or issue a refund within 10 working days:
- 24-Hour Notice Window: You must inform our customer support team within 24 hours of receiving your shipment with unboxing photos or video evidence.
- Quality Inspection: A final decision will be made once the defective item is received at our facility and inspected by our production quality team.
- Free Replacement: If the defect is verified as a manufacturing or spelling error on our part, we will re-manufacture and dispatch the replacement jersey with express courier free of charge.
Return Pickup & Logistics
Reverse courier pickup is scheduled exclusively in the event of verified manufacturing defects or damaged products delivered to you. For all approved returns, items must be handed over in their original condition and packaging.
Cash On Delivery (COD) Quantity Limit
To maintain production integrity and prevent bulk counterfeit orders, the Cash on Delivery (COD) payment method has a strict maximum order ceiling of 5 Jerseys & 5 Shorts. Bulk squad orders exceeding this quantity must be secured via online gateway payment.
